The goal of men’s ministry is to bring men together for fellowship and discipleship so that each may be encouraged to grow in holiness in a fallen world. Men meet once a month to share God’s Word and to share life’s stories over breakfast. Breakfast is generally served on a Saturday.
Encounter is very active in supporting our missions at home and abroad. We support over twenty missionary organizations in seven different nations and the United States.
Every second Sunday of the month we have an emphasize on missions and this is a great way to financially support our missionaries.
Women’s Ministry: Faith & Fire Meets: 6:30pm - 8pm on Tuesdays nights at Encounter
Our seniors are an important ministry. Once a month we have a Bible study at the Solvay Senior Apartments, from 11am - noon. We have a printed schedule of when we meet. If you are interested, please inquire with the pastor.
Here at Encounter Christian Fellowship we strive to glorify God; to show His love for one another; to work with the Holy Spirit to bring Heaven here and to minister to the practical and spiritual needs of the community.
The worship ministry comes together to find ways to lead people into God’s presence through music.
